  • Affordable Housing Projects — Gut and remodels, plus ground up construction, expedited by our experience with the paperwork, tax credits, and regulations, requirements, protocols, and procedures involved in these types of projects. Additionally, and most importantly we have extremely strong relationships with all building departments which is critical if not mandatory for these projects.

  • Pre-Engineered Steel Buildings — Aberdeen is also qualified and experienced with pre-engineered steel buildings, which are more cost effective than masonry or traditional steel structures and are ready for occupancy much more quickly. Pre-engineered steel buildings can be ideal for small corporate headquarters, maintenance buildings or warehouses. We regularly perform maintenance on these buildings with large operators such as Honeywell and DOD operators. We have a specialist for avionics related buildings.

  • Special Builds — Ground up addition to Denver Metal Finishing as well as a complete remodel of their manufacturing area, including new mechanical, electrical, fire protection, exhaust systems and roof, which necessitated pulling off the old roof, plus structural enhancements. All this was done while the business remained in full operation during the winter. Full manufacturing equipment and operations move, installation or pre-work installation for things such as drains or extensive plumbing and electrical work. IT facility upgrades, large or small-scale refrigeration as well as commercial kitchen or HVAC work while remaining in operation have all been completed.

Aberdeen’s fully integrated estimating and accounting system provides real-time cost information, enables us to continually make job cost projections and identify any potential problems.
